Who this notice covers.
This notice covers stillbrowser.com. For the browser’s privacy features and their limits, see visual privacy in Still. Websites you open inside the app have their own privacy policies.
Contact messages.
When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, enquiry topic and message you provide. We use them to reply and handle your request. Do not send PINs, passwords, browsing history or other sensitive information.
Services that process data.
Cloudflare hosts and secures the website. Its Turnstile security check processes technical browser and network information to help prevent spam. Your IP address is used for request verification and rate limiting. Cloudflare delivers contact messages to our support inbox. These providers may process information internationally under their own terms and privacy policies.
Cookies and analytics.
We use optional Google Analytics only after you choose to allow it. You can reject it or change your choice using Analytics settings in the footer. With analytics off, no Google Analytics tag is loaded. We do not use advertising cookies or Google Signals. Cloudflare security services may process technical signals and use storage as needed for security verification. The contact form loads Turnstile only on the contact page. Analytics is excluded from that page and does not receive your name, email, message, URL query parameters or private browsing activity from the app.
Analytics data.
When allowed, Analytics receives page views, a cookie-based identifier and technical visit information. We send the page path without query strings and only the referring origin. Google processes this information to provide website traffic reports. Our tag limits analytics cookie lifetime to 60 days; your consent preference is stored locally for up to 180 days. Browser privacy signals disable Analytics.
Storage and retention.
The website does not store contact messages in a separate database. Messages remain in the team inbox and the email provider’s delivery records as needed to respond, follow up and meet applicable obligations. We do not intentionally log message contents in the website’s application logs.
Your choices.
You can ask about, correct or request deletion of information you sent by using the contact form. Some information may need to be retained for legal or security reasons. We do not use contact enquiries to subscribe you to marketing emails.
